About The Pitch

The PITCH exists, not just because of our love of the game, but because we want to celebrate the places we play. From the first pitches we played on as kids to the ones we play on every weekend to the most iconic ones we watch on TV. We all remember where we kicked our first ball, on patches of grass, alleys, streets, and back yards. They are etched into our memory.
Questions swirled around our minds: Why are certain companies successful in this space? What can I do to improve the game on and off the field? How can I affect players in a positive way and give back to the sport? What is the player and coach truly asking for to enhance their performance?
The answer was three-fold and became the foundation of our mantra to this day:
LISTEN | EXPERIMENT | INNOVATE.
Through listening we understand vs. telling players what they need. Be willing to experiment with elevated fabrics, unique design concepts, and an unconventional approach to the consumer. By doing so we then innovate providing a clear point of differentiation from our brand vs everyone else in the market.
ThePITCH was formed on this basic principle and will always put the player first. We have found through listening they are wanting/desiring something more. Too often they are seeing the same thing repeated and want elevated product. Through experimentation we only then become innovative and create amazing products for both players and coaches.
It’s our hope through our products you make a connection with us. Our passion, drive for innovation, love for the sport and ultimately a feeling you are part of our vision.

We Listen

We grew up with soccer our entire lives and is part of our DNA. The game has given us so much and we want to positively impact players and give back to the sport.

The PITCH is player-centric, and we listened to players to understand their challenges with soccer apparel. If you are as passionate about the sport, and/or even played professionally, we would value your input as well. That is why ThePITCH created the P-11 program.

To create the best product we must hold true to our core values “Listen | Experiment | Innovate.” This is where you come in. As we continue to build great products, P11 will allow you to participate in group discussions affecting on how we create amazing product and go to market.

We Experiment

Every Pitch product is the result of listening to the player and understanding what they are asking for. Soccer is not only but about the team but the individual as well. Focus on the individuals needs such as fabrics, fit, style, detail and you will have created something beautiful and unique. Try one of our products and you will understand what The Pitch represents. Athletes care about fashion and how they look off the field. Why not provide them an opportunity to wear products that are comfortable with a sense of style on the street. From there we begin to experiment using different fabrics and design concepts not common to soccer players which ultimately results in an innovative product. It’s this relentless pursuit to make the best product that will separate our brand from anything else in the sportswear market.

Our KINETIC garments are designed to move with your body in motion. Details in our pattern making offer articulated fits, while smart design concepts put a new spin on functionality. The result? A garment that makes your life easier, and helps you stay on your game.
Our ECO garments are not just marketing jargon. We care about our fabrics and the facilities that make our products. Fabrics originally came from the earth, and when it makes sense, these fabrics can out-perform others in their category. Natural fibers that are organically grown or fibers that are recycled or regenerative often cost more… but in the end the cost of not using them it greater still.
Our PERFORM garments are developed with performance fabrics that work for you during game play. From moisture wicking to UPF… the fabric is what can make or break a garment. We spend the extra time (and lets be honest the extra money) to build our garments with unique fabrics that do the job.

The making of “ThePITCH”
When you look at a soccer field there are very distinct lines and measurements which make up the field or what all true supporters of the game call ThePITCH. The 50 and the corners of the pitch are oval in shape and when you take the four corners of the field and connect them you create a circle identical to the 50.
Every true footballer knows the game is called ThePITCH. Those fans, players, and coaches embrace the sport as a religion that plays a vital role in their lives. It’s this passion we wanted to emulate through our iconic logo.
Our logo not only represents the 4 corners of the field but if you take the 50, separate equally and invert the lines you now see the marking surrounding ThePITCH. This logo and name ties everything together allowing soccer players to express themselves on and off The PITCH
